Girls Aloud: Will We Ever See A Reunion?

Girls Aloud. Possibly my favourite girl band of all time. Ever since they burst onto the scene on Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, I've loved every single musical track that has been sung by Cheryl, Kimberly, Nadine, Nicola and Sarah, most commonly known as Girls Aloud. When the girls made the drastic decision to split, fan throughout the UK and indeed throughout the world were devastased about the split. Although all of the band members 'promised' to reunite after a year, we are still sat here, 4 or so years later still waiting for this reunion to happen.

Hopefully we haven't seen the last of Girls Aloud, as one of the nation's favourite girl band celebrate their 10th year anniversary in November. Surely, this is all the motivation they need to reunite and show the world they still have more to give. However, with all the girls drifting off in different directions since the split (for example Cheryl releasing 3 albums and Nicola branching out into creating cosmetic brand 'Dainty Doll' for those with porcalin skin), it seems as if all of the girls are happy and satifised with the career choice they are pursuing atm.

But the Spice Girls did it. So did Take That. 2 of Britains most successful pop bands went through rough spots and eventually reunited. This fact is promising, as it shows it's not impossible for GA to follow in the foot steps of these famous band and finally reunite. And boy if they did reunite, I'm sure it wouldn't take long for their massive fan base to grow back. Admit it, your a big GA fan deep down. I'm sure if 'The Promise' came onto the radio, you would find youself singing along. Well, I certainly do.

I can't wait until November, to finally discover if all of the rumours are true and Girls Aloud will finally reunite. I've waited long enough and so has the rest of the nation. Come on girls, get back together and start producing some fab new music!
