Republic Wishlist!

A new REPUBLIC store has recently opened in Leeds (yes, I live in Leeds...please don't stalk me!!) and I think I have fallen in love with it. It's chic, clean and fresh interior makes it one of the most appealing shops in  Leeds City Centre. In addition, they have some of the most beautiful clothes in history, so it only felt right to give you my REPUBLIC wishlist, the 5 pieces that I so drastically want from their store.

1.
Wow. This blouse is stunning. It was one of the first thing that I spied when I entered the shop- I instantly fell in love. It's intricate design with pretty white lace flowers and simple yet elegant design make it a perfect buy.  It only has one major flaw... it's completely sheer- hello white bandeau/vest top. £28.

2.

Who doesn't love a pair of glam disco pants? Ideal for work or play, these figure-hugging pants go with absolutely anything. You don't have to be super-model thin to wear these trousers, they enable you to feel confident in your skin. Love 'em! £28.

3.

I love studs and denim shirts- so this studded denim shirt is everything I've been looking for. The studs add a grungy edge to the classic shirt, giving a new outlook on the denim trend. This can be worn buttoned up or over a printed tee. They're also super warm and soft! £35.

4.

How cute?! This adorable foxy/badger/hedgehog jumper (not quite sure what it is yet!) is amazing! Plus it's knitwear, making it perfect for the chilly months heading out way. It will look great with jeans or leggings and a woolly cardigan or coat. A jumper to make you go 'awwww'. £35.

5.

I don't care how mainstream you say I'm being for picking this lovely rucksack, I'm totally into the rucksack trend atm. Bonus points because it's aztec print- another major trend this season. These bags are perf for school and you can't walk 2 feet without seeing one slung over somebodies back. Me likey. £20.

My New Jeans

Yaaaaaaaaay, I bought a pair of jeans. Yep, I know it sounds boring, but for me it's fab. A pair of jeans is a great starting point for a fab outfit- they hold the basis for a wonderful fashion statement, all you need is the right things to wear with them.

I purchased my jeans from River Island whilst on a shopping trip in Liverpool. They are a high-waisted style, which I think is perfect for my figure and they cost £30- which for River Island, is pretty decent.
*apologies for the state of my room- I'm in the middle of moving everything about.*
Here are a few of the ways I wear my jeans:

Holiday 2012

This summer,I had a week away with my family to Devon,England. I had a wonderful time, and here is my holiday in pictures....
Left: Having a mango and passion-fruit fruit cooler in Starbucks in Bristol. This was on the way down to Devon- it was delicious! Followed by shopping in Cabot Circus.
Right- the carrier bag from my purchases at Hollister, Bristol.I bought some lovely smelling perfumes for me and friends. The half-naked man on the bag is soooooooooo attractive...mmmnnnnn.

Left: A gorgeous meat feast calzonie pizza that I tucked into in ASK, Bristol on a meal out with friends- yummy!

Right: The view from the balcony of my apartment on holiday, sensational views (especially of the fit surfer boys omm nomm)

Left: The outfit I wore when we went out for dinner in a very posh vintage inn! I teamed my burgandy maxi skirt with a simple white vest and cute necklace.

Right: taking pictures on a walk we did whilst on holiday, with windswept hair!

I know there isn't loads of pictures, but pictures of views and shizz are very boring!

Denim Shirts

Well hello there blogging world, I haven't seen you in a long time. It's been ages and ages since I last posted, but I have been on holiday so there wasn't really a chance to post! In the meantime, I have been collecting picture to do a special holiday post, which I will write and post shortly, so stay tuned for it!

I absolutely love denim shirts, my best friend Georgie and I wear ours literally all the time! Although we both have totally different fashion styles, our love for denim will reunite our passion for fashion! The denim shirt I own is an oversize one from Zara, which I purchased earlier in the summer. This light denim over-sized beauty can be found on the Zara website by clicking here. When doing this post, it was revealed that it has been reduced from £25.99 to £7.99, so go and grab this bargain now!

There are many ways you can wear a denim shirt, but for lazy days my favorite is buttoned up, sleeves rolled up with a pair of comfy leggings, of any colour or pattern. This outfit is easy to put together and looks great!

Another way to wear this shirt is unbuttoned with a vest top underneath. This casual look is perfect for a trip into town with friends. I added a pretty necklace with this outfit to make it that extra bit special.

Finally, this is the last way I wear my denim shirt- buttoned right up to the top. This preppy look can be completed with leggings or tucked into jeans and with a satchel bag. I've never actually tried this look tucked into
